I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. Using my knowledge and life experience, we co-create with my Clients completely personalised actions based on their goals to move them toward their ideal vision of health & life within their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. Prior to becoming a Health Coach I studied languages and got my Master's degree, and then I was an advertising executive for almost 20 years, working in different countries of Europe on strategic planning, business development and client service.My life was super-busy, stretched between work and family, running 2 households in 2 countries (Russia and France). During that time, following a very stressful situation, my health got seriously compromised.I was in severe emotional distress: with chronic anxiety, insomnia and migraines. This caused heart arrhythmia, hormonal imbalance, skin issues, thyroid disorder, kidney inflammation, bladder inflammation… I was scared for my future well-being. My natural love for life and fear of doctors helped me to survive.Taking good care of myself became my #1 priority. I decided to learn everything about my conditions, use alternative medicine and holistic approach to heal myself. During the first 3 years, I lived day-by-day, trying to be well and in peace just that 1 day. Adding practices like yoga, qigong, acupuncture etc. helped me tremendously… I learned about the crucial link between mind, body and spirit.6 years later, I have found my "balance": my body is in good shape, my energy levels are stable, I look and feel better, than when I was 34, and now I am living my dream.My message is that of empowerment.
