Ingredients

FOR TOASTS:

- Toasted wholewheat bread or gluten-free bread

- 2 types of spreads you enjoy (eg. cottage cheese, goat cheese, humus, fish spread (salmon or tuna) etc)

- Tomato

- Ptional: basil leafs

- Lemon



FOR SALAD:

- Any green salad you like (lettuce, spincah, mixed leafs,  etc)

- Avocado

- Lemon

- Green onions & parsley & (optional: cilantro)

- 1 boiled egg

- Optional: cucumber

- Optional: sprouts

SALAD SAUCE:

- Salt & pepper, olive oil

Directions

TOASTS:


- Toast bread, spread on them your favorite type of spread (cheese, humus or fish)

- If you used fish, spray with lemon juice

- Garnish with tomato, basil leafs 


SALAD:


- Peal avocado, cut in pieces, spray immediately with lemon juice

- Cut cucumber in half-circles, mix with avocado.

- Cut green onions, cilantro, parsley

- Mix green salad with sprouts and ingredients above.

- Garnish with boiled egg


SAUCE:

Mix salt, pepper, olive oil. Keep in a separate small container to add into salad just before eating
