Ingredients

- Organic seasonal oranges (2 per person). Best if their skin is thin, the taste is sweet-sour with lots of juice

- Cinnamon (powder)

For decoration:

- Fresh mint

- Cinnamon sticks

- Start anise


Directions

Wash oranges

Slice them very thinly in circles

Arrange them beautifully on a flat plate

Spice up with cinnamon powder (to taste)

Garnish with mint, cinnamon sticks and star anise
