This is for those who love juicing, but don't know what to do with the precious fiber/pieces of fruit that are left inside your juicing machine in huge quantities AFTER the juicing.
I didn't have the heart to throw away that vitamin & phyto-nutrients mix, so I froze them in small quantities (split the juicing pulp into portions of 150 grams, wrappet individually in foil /cooking paper and stored in the freezer.
Now I mix that stuff with a yogurt.
- Juicing leftover pulp
- Yogurt / cottage cheese
In the evening get your portion of juicing leftovers from the freezer, leave overnight to de-freeze.
In the morning mix that fruit/veg stuff with your yogurt or cottage cheese, add honey and enjoy! If you have time, add fresh mint & cinnamon powder for a more fragrant version.
